All items in the Jarred Harper Store are made to order. That means your product is printed or created especially for you once your order is placed.

Orders cannot be canceled or changed once they begin production, so please double-check your size, shipping address, and items before checking out.

We accept major debit and credit cards, as well as any payment methods supported by Shopify at checkout. All payments must be completed at checkout for the order to be processed.

If your payment fails or you run into an error at checkout, try using a different browser or payment method. If the issue continues, please reach out through the contact form so we can help.

Shipping & Returns

Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges

Please allow 2–5 business days for production, since each item is made to order. Once shipped, delivery is typically:

  • USA: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

    Shipping times may vary depending on location, customs, and carrier delays.

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Because each item is made to order, all sales are final. We only replace items if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If that happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a photo of the issue, and a brief description.

If your package is marked as delivered but you can’t find it, please first check with your household, neighbors, and local carrier. We’re not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses or carrier issues, but we’ll do our best to assist you.
